On this topic I will use word in Wps office 


HOW TO USE WORD IN WPS OFFICE 


 The first step: you open the Play Store on your cellphone by downloading WPS Office and immediately installing it.

 


 

The second step: click on the bottom icon to open a new sheet first, then a screen appears as below.

 

 





the third step: now the worksheet is ready, and then you type according to your bio, like writing a message to the ex, after typing, tidying up later after typing.

 


 

 

The fourth step: in doing this editing, everything is almost the same as on a laptop, here you can immediately insert an image because you just click the image next to it. you just click the button below and it appears as shown below.

 



The fifth step: if everything is done in typing and inserting the image, then the last step you just need to do is click the save icon button for your file in the upper left corner.

On this topic I will make a cireng with rujak sauce 

Cireng (short for aci goreng, Sundanese for 'fried starch') is a snack originating from the Sundanese region made by frying a dough mixture made from starch or tapioca starch. This snack is very popular in the Priangan area, and is sold in many shapes and variations of flavors. This food was quite famous in the 80s.

Rujak sauce is a sauce made from chili sauce, sweet soy sauce, chili powder and warm water


 HOW TO MAKE CIRENG RUJAK

 

CIRENG MATERIAL:

250 Gram Sago / Tapioca Flour

3 garlic cloves crushed

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 Tsp Powder Broth

200 Ml Water

 

SAUCE INGREDIENTS:

3 tbsp chili sauce

3 Tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce

1 Tsp Chili Powder

4-5 Tv Ripe Water

 

How to make cireng crispy and soft

1. Puree the garlic then mix it with air.

2. Put 1 tablespoon of tapioca flour into the water.

3. add salt and broth then heat / cook until thickened and translucent.

4. After thickening, then pour / combine with tapioca flour, stirring constantly until smooth.

5. The last form of cireng is then fried until cooked.

Procedure text is a piece of text that give us instructions for doing something.

Text that instruct how to do a particular activity e.g. recipes, rules for games, science experiments, road safety rules.

Text that deal with human behavior, e.g. how to live happily, how to succeed.


  GENERIC STRUCTURE  

1).     Goal

 This text contains about purpose of making or operating of something.

2).     Materials/Equipment

Materials consist of ingredients that are used in making something. But not all parts of procedure text includes materials, sometimes a procedure text does not have materials section.

3).     Steps/Methods

Contains the steps or sequences that must be done so that the objectives outlined in the goal to be achieved. Steps or sequences must be a sequence from the first to the  last.


  PURPOSE OF PROCEDURE TEXT  

→ To explain the reader how to do something through a sequence of actions or steps.

How to live healthy




1. Healthy Lifestyle by Eating Nutritious Foods

Food is one of the main factors in a healthy life. You can replace your diet by eating foods that are full of nutrients such as low sugar, rich in fiber, and lots of vitamins. Nutritional food will really help to make your body healthier. Avoid fatty foods and foods that contain preservatives because this can be harmful to the body. 

Increase vegetables and fruit, you should eat five to six servings per day. If you feel that it's too much, you can start by consuming one portion every day, then within a week you add one more portion. You can process it into smoothies by mixing several types of fruits and vegetables. You can also turn it into a healthy bowl by adding topping pieces of fruit or seeds to your healthy bowl.


2. Expand Sports

Routine exercise is not only part of a healthy lifestyle for young people. Sport is an important activity to do. Regardless of your age, try to stay physically active. Many people think that sports are tiring activities, so it's no wonder that nowadays more and more people are lazy to exercise.

Even though exercise has many benefits for the health of our life. Exercise can also help us to live a healthy lifestyle. If you are not used to exercising, you can start with small exercises such as warming up in the morning after waking up or jogging around the house. You can also use your hobby as a fun weekly exercise. For example aerobics, zumba, futsal, basketball, cycling, swimming, table tennis, and many more. You can do these activities with your family and relatives to make it more enjoyable.

 

3. Get Adequate Rest

Adequate rest is an important part of living a healthy lifestyle. The need for rest and sleep for each individual varies according to the stage of development of the activity being undertaken. The National Sleep Foundation recommends that young adults (18-25 years) need 7-9 hours of sleep per night. People who don't get enough sleep have the potential to develop deadly diseases, such as cancer and heart disease.

Having less sleep is also the equivalent of consuming toxins or having a poor diet. Therefore, no matter how busy you are, try to always rest and sleep enough.

But make no mistake, sleeping too much is also not good and of course harmful. According to studies, falling asleep for more than eight hours consistently can reduce a person's level of concentration.

 

4. Drink lots of water and brush your teeth regularly

Many people ignore their oral health. Usually this is only noticed when they experience toothache or bad smell in their mouth. Though oral health is closely related to our body fitness. Why? Because the mouth is a place where bacteria are easy to breed because of its humid conditions. So if the bacteria in the mouth are allowed, it can be bad for the health of the body.

 

5. Think Positive

Psychologically positive thinking is a thinking activity that is carried out with the aim of generating positive aspects in oneself, both in the form of potential, enthusiasm, determination, and self-confidence so as to generate feelings, behavior, and good things that become the thinking system.

Researchers have discovered the benefits of positive thinking for health. One of the benefits of positive thinking is that it helps build the immune system. Positive thinking can not only maintain a healthy body condition, but can also show the effect of a person's overall condition so as to prolong life.
